The Lahore Science Mela (LSM) is an annual citizen science festival organised by the Khwarizmi Science Society. The two day festival welcomed over 100,000 visitors and featured thousands of science exhibitions hosted by schools and private bodies, along with hundreds of KSS’s own demonstrations.
Students of Humaira Riaz School were proud to showcase their experiments for the first time at the science mela in October 2023.The children not only participated but also developed sustainable energy mechanisms to display the Mela.
